TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Fearless Dreamers Empire Corp. (F.D.E Corp.). By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including videos, images, and text—is the exclusive property of Fearless Dreamers Empire Corp.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of our portfolio or proprietary strategy is strictly prohibited.

2. SERVICE ENGAGEMENTS

Any formal event production service is governed by a separate Event Client Service Agreement (delivered via Jotform/email).
In the event of a conflict between these website terms and a signed Service Agreement, the signed Service Agreement shall take precedence.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All services require a 50% non-refundable retainer to confirm a date.
Final balances are due 24 hours prior to service. Late payments are subject to a $100 Late Fee.
We accept payments via our secure online processors; by paying, you warrant you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. CONTENT USAGE & PORTFOLIO

F.D.E Corp. retains the unrestricted right to use all content created during services for promotional and portfolio purposes unless a Portfolio Buy-Out Fee or separate confidentiality agreement is executed in writing.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

F.D.E Corp. provides creative media services. We do not guarantee specific social media growth, virality, or financial outcomes.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

6. CONDUCT & SAFETY

We maintain a "Zero Tolerance" policy for hostile or unsafe working environments. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately without refund if our team feels threatened or unsafe.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in New York County.
